From the 1^st September, the method and the content of the examination of DELF/DALF have been changed in order to comform to the European system. The new DELF/DALF examination includes 6 tests, which are equivalent to 6 independent diplomas (A1, A2,B1,B2,C1,C2).Each of these diplomas evaluates candidates’French level in listening, speaking, reading and writing.From now o­n, each examination enables the examiners obtain o­ne certificate instead of o­ne unit like before. This new method is being applied gradually in 14 examination centers nationwide.

As the result, examinations in November will be held o­nly at 7 centres for all candidates without restriction, and there are o­nly 4 certificates: A1, A2, B1 and B2.
The examination in 6/2006 will also give out o­nly 4 diplomas A2,B1,B2 and C1.

I – For the candidates who attended the session before September 1st 2005

-DELF 1, DELF 2 and DALF belonging to the old method of the diplomas DELF/DALF are still valid. So if the candidates passed the mentioned certificates, it is not necessary to take these new o­nes. (Certificate DELF 1, DELF 2 or DALF contains all the units which belong to it)

-If the candidates passed o­ne or more than o­ne unit of the old certificates DELF/DALF, the candidate does not need to asked for the new diplomas but automatically get the new equivalent diplomas administered by the Centre international d'études pédagogiques -CIEP-(Paris International Centre of pedagogical study

II - Time and condition

-Any Candidate whose nationality is not French can pariticiate in the exams without being restricted about the time studying French.
-Candidate register from October 22 to November 5 in the center mentioned below.(See poster for details)
-Registering Fee: A1-A2: 150.000 VND; B1-B2: 200.000VND
-The listening, writing and speaking papers will have the same content and start at the same time at 7 centres nationwide (the schedule details is in the poster)
-Candidates are advised to be present 30 minutes before the exam starts . with all the required documents and the identity card (or student ID with photos)
