I. Goal and Meaning:

Miss HAO is the first beauty contest by Hanoi Amsterdam Organization, in which winners will be selected via photographs. This contest is to honor the beauty of our HAO's female members. Candidates are selected not o­nly by their appearance but also the perfection in their characteristic and soul. We hope this unprecedented event will bring a joyful experience to all HAO members.

II. Important dates:

April 12 2005: The contest commences.
April 22 2005: Starting to receive applications.
May 12 2005: Application deadline.
May 15 2005: Announcing valid applications.
May 16 2005: Starting the selection process.
May 26 2005: Finishing the primary assessment round.
May 29 2005: Announcing our finalists.
June 01 2005: The final round begins. A new topic is selected for a reduced number of candidates.
June 11 2005: Ending final assessment round.
June 18 2005: Final result announcement.

V. Requirements:

- All female members with no restriction of age are welcomed to participate.
- Applicant must send 2 photographs (1 portrait and 1 whole body)enclosed with a completed Miss HAO 2005's application form.
- Applicant's friends or relatives can apply o­n her behalf if they have her permission.
- Applicants are responsible for their applications. The HAO will not be responsible for any appeal during the contest.
- Any invalid application will be eliminated.
- Miss HAO 2005 will agree to be interviewed and has her photographs
posted o­n portal of HAO and EHAO.
- HAO is granted permission by candidates to display appropriate photographs and information about candidates o­n HAO website.

VI. Content:
Primary Round: All candidates will be selected and voted by HAO's members.
3 candidates with highest vote and 2 candidates selected by the board of
examiners will continue to the final round.
Final Round: Final candidates will be able to send additional photographs, which will be voted by all HAO's members. Final result will be determined by the board of examiners.
Besides, there are also prize for second winner and prize for most favorite girl.
